Executive Assistant to the Director & Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery
The Royal North Shore Hospital Director and Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery are seeking a dynamic, efficient and experienced administrative officer to perform the role of Executive Assistant.

Where you'll be working
This role is based in the Executive Unit and is required to provide support to the Director and Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery located in Nursing and Midwifery Operations.
What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer will provide and lead high level administrative services to the department and the manager which supports service delivery goals.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a high-level administrative/ secretarial role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in minute taking and drafting executive correspondence.
- Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively and show initiative to achieve objectives with minimal direction.
- Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
