This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with a high performing team in a specialised area. The role of the ED Wardsperson is to support the clinical team, providing non-clinical support to complement the delivery of safe, effective and quality patient care. This includes transporting of patients, couriering of items, episodic cleaning and restocking.

Are You the Right Fit? 
We're seeking a dependable and adaptable individual who takes pride in delivering essential support services in a busy healthcare environment. 

  • Proven ability to provide high-quality support services, including patient transport, cleaning, restocking and equipment set-up.  
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.  
  • Experience using manual handling equipment and techniques to safely assist and transport patients.  
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, workplace safety and delivering person-centred care with respect and compassion.
