About the Opportunity
As Senior Integration Analyst of our Clinical Repositories and Integration Services at eHealth NSW, you will be responsible to develop, maintain and support a complex integration framework responsible for interconnecting applications that contribute to patient care and improved patient outcomes for the NSW community.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to various projects including PBRC modernisation. This will be the main focus and be working closely with the various NSW Health organisations on the Patient Billing Standardisation Program. This requires connecting and aligning multiple health systems to the PBRC solution. Knowledge and experience with the MIRTH integration engine will also be highly regarded.
In this role, you will:
- Provide highly specialised technical expertise, guidance, sound advice and recommendations under the framework that contributes to improved patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and support interfaces to integrate healthcare applications using a variety of integration engines such as: JCAPS, e*Gate, Rhapsody, MIRTH, MuleSoft.
- Develop HL7 V2, CDA, FHIR, Restful and SOAP interfaces supporting A2A, B2B and B2C applications in the Health Care environment.
- Lead and participate in formal and informal settings to develop organizational knowledge and understanding requirements in relation to development are understood and documented, all relevant parties are informed on the progress of incidents, problems and requests.
- Design and ensure new interfaces meet organisational privacy, security frameworks, align to HA and disaster recovery redundancy organizational capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation on functional and system requirements.
- Develop software using a combination of following: ECS, SQS, Kubernetes, Fargate, AWS Lambda, Docker, JavaScript.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent technical skills working across a range of web, server, database, mobile and integration languages and technologies, preferably MuleSoft, .Net, NodeJS, Java.
- Experience developing, implementing and promoting integration initiatives including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and a strong knowledge of system testing software and software quality assurance.
- Experience and a record of achievement in developing and maintaining data integration solutions in a large and complex service industry organisation, preferably with a knowledge and experience working with healthcare systems eg HL7, CDA, FHIR standards.
