About the Opportunity
As a Knowledge Management Analyst you will be supporting teams across the organisation to use, maintain and improve shared knowledge resources. You will work closely with service desk staff, technical resolver groups, product and service owners, and customers to uplift practice maturity, support onboarding activities, and help embed consistent, ITIL‑aligned approaches to knowledge management across a complex service environment.
You will facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and community forums, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and maintain high‑quality records, training materials and reports. Using your analytical skills, you’ll identify gaps in adherence, interpret data to uncover improvement opportunities, and collaborate across directorates to ensure the Knowledge Management function remains effective, well‑governed and aligned with business needs.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience supporting IT Knowledge Management functions within complex service environments, ideally with familiarity in ITIL frameworks and ITSM platforms.
- Effective communicator who can facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and collaborate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, identify gaps, and develop practical, business‑focused solutions.
- Experience in coaching others, supporting onboarding, and helping teams build capability through training, guidance and consistent practice.
- Exposure thriving in a fast‑paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a constructive, collaborative and customer‑focused
