About the Opportunity
As an Integration Analyst at eHealth NSW, you will play a vital role in improving healthcare outcomes by enabling seamless integration of applications and systems across NSW Health. You will oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of integration activities that support major programs, helping ensure critical health systems work together effectively and reliably.
This opportunity allows you to apply your experience in delivering integration support within large, complex organisations. You will contribute across business process analysis, message and data integration modelling, gap analysis, and the development of high-quality business and technical documentation, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver end-to-end business process analysis, message and integration data modelling, gap analysis, and the development of clear, high-quality business and technical documentation.
- Analyse and define business processes, providing specialist integration and technical information flow advice to drive meaningful improvements and efficiencies.
- Resolve complex program-impacting incidents efficiently and within SLA requirements, applying structured analysis to develop solutions and provide expert recommendations.
- Advise on, and where required oversee, the implementation of processes that safeguard the security and integrity of the Integration Architecture.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Extensive, hands-on experience delivering integration support within large, complex enterprise environments, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Confidence leading business process analysis, message and data integration modelling, gap analysis, and producing high-quality business and technical documentation that enables successful delivery.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a proven track record of resolving complex, program-critical incidents efficiently and within SLA timeframes.
- Ability to apply structured thinking to diagnose issues, develop practical solutions, and provide trusted specialist advice and recommendations.
