What you'll be doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide essential administrative and transcription support to the Medico-Legal team while ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of patient records.
Manage reception duties and handle enquiries from patients and stakeholders
Support clinicians with transcription software access and usage
Process, edit and distribute clinical correspondence and reports
Maintain and update electronic medical records in line with compliance standards
Monitor workflows, follow up outstanding dictations and report system issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in accessing patient/client records
High level computer skills with an emphasis on speed and quality
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
