You will work across NSW Health sites to audit and prepare devices, support deployments, and contribute to the stability, performance and reliability of integrated clinical technologies once live.

  • Perform onsite audits, asset data capture, equipment preparation and technical checks to ensure devices are integration‑ready
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live clinical technology services, assessing incidents for clinical impact and escalating where required
  • Work closely with SDPRIA teams, Health Entities, ICT, Biomedical Engineering and vendors to resolve issues and maintain service reliability
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow runbooks and contribute to continuous improvement of deployment and operational processes

About You

You are a technically capable and adaptable professional with experience in clinical engineering, medical devices or healthcare ICT. Your background may be in field‑based deployment, operational support, or a combination of both, with a strong ability to follow structured processes, apply judgement and understand clinical impact.

You bring:

  • Experience with clinical engineering or medical device deployments, audits or integrations
  • or experience supporting live healthcare systems, integrations or applications in an operational setting
  • The ability to troubleshoot issues, follow runbooks and escalate appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with diverse technical and clinical stakeholders

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
