About the Opportunity
As Associate Director of our Integration Services at eHealth NSW, you will be responsible for planning, leading and managing the delivery of Integration Services for eHealth NSW within Service Level Agreements to ensure the achievement of objectives in relation to clinical system integration at a local and enterprise level within the NSW Health ecosystem; and the various platforms and products using these services while working with senior stakeholders to define and implement service initiatives to achieve strategic and operational business objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to be responsible for harmonising disparate systems, processes, and people to achieve unified business goals. This will include strategic planning including risk and change management as we transition to new platforms and products whilst maintaining modern architecture principles.
A focus on continual business improvement and service efficiencies including financial management.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver consistent, customer-focused services while fostering a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture.
- Oversee and enhance integration services by building strong customer relationships, aligning service offerings with local requirements, and driving service improvements in line with eHealth NSW strategy.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders - including Local Health District ICT managers and teams and other NSW Health agencies - to plan and implement effective, future-ready solutions.
- Ensure integration services are well-governed, aligned with eHealth NSW strategic and service delivery objectives, and consistently meet performance, financial, and delivery targets.
- Provide expert strategic guidance across scope, delivery, risk, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Manage day-to-day operations with a strong focus on compliance, safety, privacy, security, procurement, and risk management.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Superior experience and a record of achievement in leading and managing highly complex and large technical integration projects in a large and complex organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes superior knowledge and extensive experience ensuring integration projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
- Extensive experience leading teams with the ability to motivate, build strong capabilities and develop talent into a performance based and customer focused work culture.
- Extensive experience analysing resource utilisation, capacity and capability planning against business needs and scheduling resources to assignments.
- Proven capacity to contribute to and implement strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage. This includes, capability to initiate major project communication activities to build awareness among program teams and key stakeholders, improve program understanding and promote organisational goals, values and objectives.
