Achieve Something Great
Campbelltown ED is one of the busiest and most diverse emergency departments in the region, caring for patients across the full spectrum of emergencies from paediatrics and mental health to acute medical presentations. As an Assistant in Nursing, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, highly skilled team that delivers safe, timely and compassionate care when it matters most.

What makes Campbelltown ED truly stand out is its unique mix of clinical specialties and the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced emergency clinicians. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of presentations and develop foundational skills that support resuscitation, triage, paediatric care, critical decision‑making and patient‑flow management.

In this dynamic environment, AINs play an essential role in supporting patients, assisting the nursing team and contributing to smooth, efficient care delivery across the department. If you’re looking for a role that challenges you, builds your confidence and places you at the heart of meaningful emergency care, Campbelltown ED offers an exciting opportunity to grow and thrive.

Are You the Right Fit?
You’ll thrive in Campbelltown ED if you bring a solid foundation of clinical knowledge across emergency, acute and specialty areas such as paediatrics, mental health and aged care. You stay calm under pressure, think on your feet and make sound decisions in fast‑moving situations.

Compassion and empathy guide the way you support patients and families, and you’re committed to delivering care that is truly person‑centred. You communicate clearly, work well within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

You’re proactive about learning, eager to grow your skills and ready to take part in broader departmental activities from supporting pod coordination to assisting with ESSU flow and other initiatives that keep the ED running smoothly. If you’re adaptable, motivated and passionate about making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
