About the role:
Join our skilled and dedicated Wardsperson team focused on patient, visitor, and staff safety. You will help maintain a safe, efficient environment through proactive practices and quick responses to incidents or emergencies. As a Wardsperson, you'll assist with patient hygiene, transport to wards, theatre, and imaging, as well as move supplies and equipment across departments. All necessary training and education will be provided.
- Responsibility: Able to take ownership of tasks and manage responsibilities with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Enabling clear and effective interaction with patients, colleagues and other health care professionals.
- Integrity: Upholding honesty in all interactions, maintain transparency and build trust within the team.
- Reliability: A consistent track record of dependability, demonstrating the ability to deliver on commitments and be a trustworthy team member.
