About the role
This role is centred around ensuring the seamless operation of ICT infrastructure. You will lead the Infrastructure Team, overseeing the design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of the hardware and software systems, all while driving operational excellence.

  • Provide customer-focused user support and recognize when escalation of issues is necessary.
  • Support other ICT teams at remote sites as needed and directed.
