- A relevant qualification and/or experience in the managing of Support Services or similar, preferably in a health care setting.
- Proven financial management skills and demonstrated ability to meet service delivery targets and KPIs within allocated budget and agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with an ability to set priorities and monitor work flow under limited direction, supporting patient flow and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Comprehensive understanding of the policies, standards, and guidelines applicable to delivery of support services in a healthcare setting.
