  1. Health related tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  2. Demonstrated management and high level of leadership skills including proven negotiation skills and experience in working with multicultural staff and consumers
  3. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  4. Demonstrated high quality organisational skills and ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  5. Significant experience in supervision, professional development, continuous quality improvement and coaching of staff across multiple sites
  6. Demonstrated knowledge of corporate and clinical risk management and understanding of work health and safety requirements including workers compensation
  7. Demonstrated understanding of information management systems including, data bases and Microsoft applications
  8. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
