  • Holds a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical practice knowledge, skills and experience within Paediatric Speech Pathology, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice.
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service improvement, with skills in providing education and training.
  • Strong time management skills, written and verbal communication and IT skills including the ability or willingness to use Telehealth as a mode of delivery of clinical care.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, implement and evaluate quality improvement initiatives, research, and service development processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical and team leadership, including experience in staff and student supervision.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills including negotiation, decision making, advocacy and the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Evidence of a Class C drivers licence and willingness to travel for work purposes.
