Tamworth Hospital is seeking a professional Security Officer to join our industry team to provide to provide 24-hour security ensuring the safety and protection of staff, patients, visitors and government high value assets.

About the role:
At Tamworth Hospital you will provide high level operational security support to various units throughout our facility. You will be responsible for Facility CCTV Management, undertaking highly visible proactive patrols throughout the facility and perform daily dynamic risk assessment and daily threat analysis. You will also be a part of the facility’s emergency aircraft, code black, and code red response teams.
About you:
We are looking for a security officer who is ultra-reliable, very professional, and physically fit. You will be supported with ongoing operational training and will be assessed regularly against local and district guidelines and policies. You will be assigned to a senior officer during your training phase and will be given opportunities to progress your career through a number of different pathways.
Requirements:
- Current 1A Security Licence and Current First Aid Certificate.
- Eligible to drive in NSW and willingness to travel to sites across HNELHD.
