What you'll be doing
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Patient Management and iPM and computerised billing systems PBRC and Oracle R12.
- Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with attention to detail in a demanding workload.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet daily and monthly deadlines.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively, with minimal supervision in a team environment with all levels of staff.
- Experience in customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing customer enquiries.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
