What you'll be doing
The Revenue Officer should be knowledgeable and competent in all tasks relevant to their role and contribute to the smooth operation of workflow within the Transactional Services Department. The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, together with the Sydney Children’s Hospital at Randwick, forms the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN).  Our aim is to provide relevant, innovative and dynamic health service for all children attending our facilities.  
  1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Patient Management and iPM and computerised billing systems PBRC and Oracle R12.
  2. Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with attention to detail in a demanding workload.
  3. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet daily and monthly deadlines.
  4. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively, with minimal supervision in a team environment with all levels of staff.
  5. Experience in customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing customer enquiries.
  6. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
