About the role:
As a member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Director, the Research and Program Manager will provide leadership across research and evaluation for Everymind as well as leading the knowledge program area which includes the national Life in Mind program and Lifeways project.

The successful candidate will be supported with a thorough orientation and onboarding process with the Director and other members of the Senior Leadership team at Everymind in line with practices across HNELHD. In line with our strategic plan, Everymind is committed to investing in our people through the implementation of our Workplace Wellbeing Framework and by providing extensive opportunities for professional and career development, utilising both internal and external resources.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading research and evaluation teams with a proven track record in identifying and securing research partnerships and funding.  In addition to this the Research and Program Manager will showcase exceptional project management skills with demonstrated experience leading a team to deliver on large scale projects on time and within budget.
