Why choose a multi-purpose service?
If you’re looking for a change of pace but still want the variety and challenge of high acuity nursing, you’ll thrive in a Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) – and here’s why…
Working at a Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) allows you to experience the full scope of what rural nursing has to offer. Our services encompass acute care, subacute care, emergency care, allied health, primary health, and community services – all under one roof. Hone your critical thinking skills and keep families together, working across a small 2-5 bed emergency department and caring for residents of our Residential Aged Care facilities, who, without an MPS, would have to travel long distances away from their homes and support networks.
If you’re looking for a role that keeps you engaged and lets you see the real impact of your work, an MPS is just the change you’re looking for.
“I love the variety of working with the aged care, the acute setting and our emergency department. The staff here are just wonderful and we have lots of support”
Donna Scott, Registered Nurse. Manilla MPS
“It’s more like a home than a workplace, everyone is like a family, and they care about you”
