What you’ll be doing

The Project Officer, eviQ Education supports the development, implementation, management and sustainability of learning resources to contribute to the achievement of the eviQ Education program.  

Remuneration/Benefits 

In addition to base salary:

• 11.5% superannuation
• 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
• 10 days sick leave
• 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

Essential requirements

• Highly developed writing skills to develop project documentations such as project plans, contracts, quotes, status reports and project performance reports.
• Proficient skills in business software programs (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Acrobat) and project management tools (e.g Microsoft Project Professionals) and records management.
• Experience in the quality assurance, review, testing, development and/or update of online learning resources
• Relevant experience and knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to support multiple projects.
• Well developed interpersonal skills and proven experience working with stakeholder groups and subject matter experts (SME) from clinical health services.

If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.

Pre-screening questions

• Describe your experience in supporting an online resource project from initiation through to implementation
• Describe your experience with updating online learning resources.
