About the role

The Nurse Manager is a member of the Multi-Purpose Services (MPS) Network executive team and is charged with fostering productive relationships, achieving key performance indicators and strategic leadership.
 
Clinician engagement and leadership has been a prominent feature of the public health system for a number of years, where clinician led clinical standards, safety and quality improvements have become a major focus. The Local Health District (LHD) is committed to the strengthening and ongoing involvement and clinician engagement of staff that provide direct patient care in the planning, delivery, improvement and evaluation of health services.

Urbenville is in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW, known for its unspoilt bushland surroundings, sub-tropical National Parks and the majestic Clarence River. For a different type of scene, you can drive to the Gold Coast or Brisbane in under 3 hours.
