Hospital Assistant
Working in the Royal national Park South of Sydney, your position will assist dementia residents with their day to day living with daily cleaning, meal preparation and service. We offer free parking onsite, but unfortunately there is no public transport so your own vehicle is a must.
Where you'll be working
You will be working for NSW Health with various salary sacrifice benefits and other government incentives.
The role
Your shifts may vary from 07:00 -15:30 and 10:00 -18:30 with the majority of shifts being the 10:00 -18:30 servicing food, previous experience in foodservice and preparation will be looked on favourably. We operate 7 days a week so your roster will include weekends and public holidays.
A can do attitude and willingness to provide a professional service a must with attention to detail and self motivation key parts of the role.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in Cleaning and Catering services.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and independently, including a flexible approach to work practices by providing relief in other service departments as required.
- Physical capability to perform various cleaning and catering skills.
- Willingness to undertake training relevant to job role such as working in other departments.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and other professional standards applicable to the position.
