Your role as the Dietitian will be responsible for:
- High level of clinical expertise and knowledge in general clinical Dietetics
- Evaluating and developing the Dietetic ORP services to outpatients and other clients/staff
- Regular and ongoing quality improvement activities
- Attending relevant clinical and department meetings (ward rounds, case conferences, lectures, professional development sessions, staff meetings)
- Designing and implementing nutritional counselling/education programs for patients and staff as required
- Participating in Dietetics student supervision and teaching as required.

What you will bring to the role
- Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of the Dietitians’ Association of Australia
- Up-to-date knowledge and skills in nutrition and dietetic practice
- Current experience as a clinical dietitian, with post graduate experience
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience and confidence within multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently, while managing a high paced and high volume workload
- High level computer skills in a wide variety of applications/programs, including experience with Diet Office/Food service IT systems or willingness to learn desirable
- Experience in nutrition related quality improvement projects focusing on improvements in clinical patient care and/or services
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
