About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the SWSLHD Research Directorate, where you will be primarily responsible for delivery of the Health Beyond Research and Innovation Showcase and the implementation of the SWSLHD research strategy.
This role provides an opportunity to work closely with researchers and executive across all SWSLHD facilities and services, as well as maintaining close connections with our valued partners, including the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research.
This role is well supported and will provide the ideal candidate with an opportunity to grow and develop their skills.
What You'll be Doing
The purpose of the Development Support Manager is to coordinate and manage the research support activities of the Research Ethics, Governance & Development Office in the South Western Sydney Local Health District.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health or research-related discipline or equivalent work experience with demonstrated project management experience and a record of achievement.
- Describe a complex project you've managed involving multiple stakeholders. What challenges did you face, and how did you address them to ensure the project was delivered successfully?
- Please describe your experience in communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally. How do you tailor your communication style to suit different audiences and ensure clarity and engagement.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
