The Role:
As the Cultural Team Lead - Aboriginal Health Care Coordination you will provide operational leadership and management to a dedicated team of Aboriginal Health practitioners, Aboriginal Health workers and Registered nurses ensuring high-quality, culturally safe patient care across the District. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Northern Aboriginal Health Team, supporting Rural services within the Peel, Tablelands and MEHI regions.
