Join our team of dedicated and experienced community Occupational Therapists and an outstanding Allied Health Assistant! We’re a friendly, supportive group based at Eastlakes Community Health Centre, united by our passion for providing exceptional client care.

About the Role: This role involves traveling throughout the Greater Newcastle and Port Stephens areas, working primarily with clients aged 65 and over who require equipment and home modifications to help them live safely and independently in their homes. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working closely with clients facing palliative or life-limiting diagnoses, collaborating with our community-based palliative care teams.

What We’re Looking For: We seek a professional, hardworking, and empathetic Occupational Therapist who genuinely cares about making a difference. Sensitivity and compassion are essential, as you’ll be supporting clients and their families during sensitive, end-of-life situations.
