About the Opportunity
Campbelltown Hospital is seeking a CNE to join our new Sub Acute Patient Ward, we are looking for someone who will lead a great team culture within this newly established unit.
Be part of a dedicated team focused on quality care, patient safety, and clinical excellence. Support nurses and the multi disciplinary team , drive quality improvements, and help establish hospital processes. Work collaboratively with allied health, patients, and families.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs in consultation with Management, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants, to support the delivery of clinical best practice, patient service and enhanced patient outcomes.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive
- Give an example of your approach to tailoring educational content for adults in a workplace setting, taking into consideration diverse learning styles, and how you plan to adapt your strategies to ensure effective skill transfer and development within the team?
