This team is an integral part of the Digital Health Services department, servicing Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) and Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD).

Where you'll be working
Office based at Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonards or at Gosford Hospital, Gosford.
Our team supports all facilities across NSLHD & CCLHD, so travel to other sites within NSLHD and CCLHD is required.
What you'll be doing
As a Clinical Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between our stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful delivery of digital health transformation initiatives across both CCLHD and NSLHD, by leading project work which includes:
- Business process review and analysis
- Workflow mapping
- Requirements elicitation and prioritisation
- Specification documentation
- Planning and facilitation of user acceptance testing
- Production of training and change management materials
- Establishment and management of governance and endorsement processes
- Continuous stakeholder engagement
- Change Management
- Managing Benefits
- Risk and issue management
- Post implementation review
The Clinical Business Analyst will be working with stakeholders across Northern Sydney and Central Coast Local Health Districts, for identification and implementation of business and organisational change management initiatives in the context of Clinical Systems.
This position is also involved in creation and review of policies and procedures, assisting with tender documentation, briefs and business cases.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications in Health / Health Sciences or equivalent work experience in a Digital health environment and/or in hospital environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading Digital Health initiatives and projects.
(Please provide examples of 1-2 Digital Health projects you were involved in and describe your role in the project.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Extensive experience in conducting business process re-design, documentation of workflows diagrams, benefits realisation, and change management documents.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
(Please provide two examples of a complex issue you have encountered during a project and how you led to a resolution or managed the problem.) - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, to achieve desired outcomes.
