Chief Radiographer - Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital
To be considered for this position you must be an employee of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and its Affiliated Health Organisations.
The Role
Responsible for the day to day management of the SHSEH Radiology dept.
To provide the best possible Radiographic service, ensuring a high quality of patient care at all times.
This is necessary to ensure a best practice department with regard to patients, visitors, medical and non-medical staff and codes of practice.

- Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science or equivalent
- Possess AHPRA Registration, NSW EPA Radiation Licence, NSW WWCC
- Knowledge and understanding of HSQHS Accreditation
- Knowledge and understanding of NATA DIAS Accreditation
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S Numerical Profile
- Sound understanding of RIS & PACS
- Management and/or Supervisory skills.
- A willingness and commitment to be part of a professional Medical Imaging team.
