Central Coast Local Health District has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Integrated Pain Service at Gosford Hospital. 
This role will be required to collaborate with the Team and Operational Line Managers, to provide a comprehensive Integrated Pain service across the district.  This means providing local service management for CCIPS, setting professional standards, workforce planning, assisting with clinical practice development, and coordinating the development and implementation and evaluation of safety and quality processes (as they relate to CCIPS). This position may also hold a clinical caseload within CCIPS, in which case it will include allocated non-clinical time.

Valid Grades for this role include:
  • Nurse Manager - Grade 1
  • Clinicial Psychologist
  • Occupational Therapist Level 4
  • Physiotherapist Level 4


About You

  • You have experience in managing a clinical service or team and proven ability to effectively prioritise and organise team's and own work and caseload.

  • You possess experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining cooperative professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of well-developed written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • You have a successful track record of completing quality improvement projects and leading implementation of best practice.
