Are you an experienced leader in asset management, looking for a strategic role that makes a real difference in healthcare infrastructure? We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Asset Manager to join our team at Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD)

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the healthcare sector by ensuring the strategic and effective management of assets that directly impact the delivery of services in the Central Coast community. You will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment and lead a team that is committed to continuous improvement and excellence in asset management.


As the Strategic Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the development, submission, and ongoing refinement of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and Asset Management Plan (AMP) to the Ministry of Health (MoH). Your expertise will drive asset management maturity, sustainability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that CCLHD’s asset management practices are robust, forward-thinking, and aligned with the District’s strategic objectives.
Please note that interviews for this position will be held week of the 9 December 2024


What we are Looking For:

  • Relevant degree qualifications such as Engineering Asset Management, Business, and extensive knowledge in Strategic Asset Management and forward planning of a large and complex asset portfolio 
  • You hold a unrestricted NSW drivers Licence and willingness to travel between district facilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem- solving and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of asset management principles and best practices and proficiency in using asset management software and tools for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
