The Role
The Career Medical Officer (CMO), under the supervision of specialist medical staff, is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team. The Drug & Alcohol CMO will provide high quality medical services to our patients to meet their health needs. The CMO will participate in a weekend and after hours on call roster.
The CMO, with supervision and support from Senior Medical Staff, will provide medical assessment and access to treatment programs for drug and alcohol dependent people in the Corrections setting.
