Are you an experienced Assistant in Nursing looking for a permanent position as our Mobility Enhancement nurse. This position works closely with the multi-disciplinary team ensuring patients receive high quality care with the aim to increase mobility and functionality to ensure a safe transition to discharge.

What you'll be doing
This role works closely with the Nursing and Allied Health teams to promote and provide additional support to the patients, with a firm focus on mobility, balance and exercises to improve functionality for our patients. This is a key role within our team.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in second or third year of a Bachelor of Nursing or degree deemed appropriate or completion of HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care).
- Demonstrated, effective written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
