 About the role:

Vegetable Creek Multi-Purpose Service has an opportunity available for an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our team. The successful candidate will work to provide safe compassionate person-centred care within the multi-purpose environment in collaboration with resident’s, other nurses and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

We are looking for a positive, motivated and dedicated AIN to work as part of a cohesive team, plus to advocate for each patient resident to strive towards Every Patient, Resident, Carer Every Time.

You will receive orientation and training, plus be supported by all staff including the Clinical Nurse Educator.

Where you’ll be working:

We are a Multi-Purpose Service including an Emergency Department and 13 residential care beds in northern NSW. We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team which comprises of Registered, Endorsed, Assistant in Nursing staff and Community Health Nurses plus visiting Allied Health staff. We have a positive and supportive workplace culture, which promotes inclusion and caring within a team.
