Selection Criteria:
- Completion of clinical and academic requirements of the second year of Bachelor of Midwifery, and currently enrolled in the programme with clinical placement at The Sutherland Hospital
- Understanding of Women Centred Care and Family Centred Care
- Ability to work as a team member of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the BFHI principles
- Ability to work within the scope of practice of an AIM
