Are you a motivated and dynamic person with high level administrative experience to join our compassionate and caring team? You will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Inpatient Sutherland Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Sutherland Mental Health Service is looking to recruit to 1 x FT and 1 x PT (4 days per week) roles.

Selection Criteria: 

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with ability to perform a wide range of tasks in a demanding workload.
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
  3. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
  5. High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
  6. Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to perform in a rotational role across the service.
  7. Experience in a range of systems such as Health Roster, ROB, Staff link, Toll Stream, IPM, Staples & Maximo
