Provide an efficient and effective administrative/clerical service within the Werris Creek Multipurpose Service.
A typical day in this role would cover some of the following; answering calls, handling cash transactions, and updating staff leave and health rosters. The role also includes managing patient admissions and discharges, uploading documents, and preparing discharge records. The officer orders and receipts supplies, books appointments and clinical rooms, and ensures medical records are filed. They raise invoices, generate monthly reports, and coordinate cleaning for staff accommodation. Additionally, they handle residents' valuables, assist with staff IT access and uniforms, and monitor vaccine fridges. Throughout the day, the officer provides ongoing support for administrative and IT tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the facility.
About you:
We are looking a motivated administrator who can think quickly on their feet and is driven to provide quality based service to stakeholders and patients. The ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems will be essential within your role.
The successful candidate will receive a detailed handover with the current incumbent prior to the commencement of maternity leave.
