What You Will Be Doing
As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to the Wansey Dialysis Centre, the largest dialysis unit in the district, as well as the Raymond Terrace Dialysis Unit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing front-line tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients, and managing appointments.
- Preparing clinics, collating patient folders, and maintaining orientation packs.
- Managing rosters, daily admission reports, stock ordering, and other administrative tasks.
- Providing one-on-one support to the dialysis education team, CNEs, CNCs, technical services, and home dialysis services.
- Supporting the team with tasks such as WHS inspections, Chemalert stocktakes, and preparing MDT patient lists.
- Working one day per fortnight at the Raymond Terrace Dialysis Unit.
