As the Senior Project Support Officer within the Strategy Access Partnerships Team your focus will be on coordinating the efficient generation and update of project documentation, ensuring one source of truth across each of our projects. You’ll use your strong analytical skills to summarise content from clinical and technical subject matter experts as well as developing ministerial briefs and reviewing communication strategies. Your influencing and engagement skills will be essential in building strong working relationships with our stakeholders and to ensure project deliverables are met. Your methodical approach to tasks and your attention to detail will help you to deliver in this demanding role that is an essential pillar in the success of the Single Front Door program. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Health Manager level 3 starting salary from $127,150 - $144,444 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and maintain high quality, accurate project documentation including the creation of detailed reports from different sources and ensuring correct timely distribution of information to Work Groups and stakeholders.
Build strong positive relations with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, consultation and collaboration to help deliver project objectives.
Work with the Single Front Door project team to lead project work, including reviewing deliverables, risks and issues and assist with the monitoring of progress, scope, budget and change management.
Provide advice on policy, process and governance to assist with informed decision making across clinical and technical areas.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and committed individual who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Extensive experience in a Project Support Officer or Senior Project Support Officer role and demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise competing workloads.
- Expert in both written and verbal communications including the ability to understand, interpret and summarise complex concepts for presentation to a wide range of audiences.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills as well as experience in standard data analytics tools such as Qlik or PowerBI and data storage environments such as Sharepoint and Content Manager.
- Experience in building and modifying project documents including plans and schedules, as well as the ability to convene and manage project workgroups.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently to tight timelines.
