About Us
Crown Clerk Grade 7/8, starting salary from $113,574 - $125,520 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.
- Support and enhance the use of AFMO (IBM Tririga): Assist in the configuration, data management, and ongoing improvement of AFMO to ensure accurate and comprehensive asset information.
- Asset Data Management: Coordinate the collection, validation, and maintenance of asset data within AFMO, ensuring alignment with NSW Health standards and policy requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to monitor asset performance, condition, and lifecycle status.
- System Integration and Data Quality: Help integrate data from multiple systems into AFMO, identify and resolve data inconsistencies, and drive continuous improvement in data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with Local Health Districts and other stakeholders to understand their needs, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities for improvement in asset management practices.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the review and enhancement of asset management processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, seeking out-of-the-box solutions and recommending new ways to optimise asset performance and lifecycle outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, sharing findings and insights to support strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
About You
We are seeking candidates who have:
- Experience with asset management systems: Demonstrated experience using AFMO (IBM Tririga) or similar enterprise asset management systems, ideally within NSW Health or a comparable environment.
- Project coordination or support roles: Experience in project support roles, preferably within asset management or a related field.
- Data visualisation and analysis: Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualisation tools, with the ability to assist in dashboard development and maintenance.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and organised approach: A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
