About the role:
This role provides administrative support to our department, focusing on the dispensary and procurement areas. Key duties include:

  • Front counter customer service, processing prescriptions, assisting with reporting, invoice entry, purchase orders, and document management.
  • You will handle pharmacy paperwork, maintenance requests, non-pharmaceutical billing, meeting coordination, and mail processing.
  • You will manage equipment registers, assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, WHS activities, rosters, leave, and payroll.
  • You will support the Operational Deputy, provide secretarial duties for meetings, and oversee other administrative staff as needed.


About you:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable candidate to join our growing team.

  • You will be experienced in the provision of administration services, with a qualification or documented experience to support this.
  • You will be proficient in the use of IT, especially the Microsoft Suite of applications.
  • You will ideally have assisted in payroll processing. 
  • A background in health or public health experience would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
  • The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, good processes, strong organisational skills and an eagerness to learn will succeed.
