About The Role: 

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our John Hunter Outpatients Contact Centre, located on the James Fletcher Campus. You’ll be part of a large and dynamic service supporting outpatient specialties across John Hunter Hospital, providing exceptional service and administrative support to patients and clinicians.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team that values collaboration, flexibility, and professional growth.

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and clinical teams

  • Manage outpatient bookings, enquiries, and referrals efficiently

  • Accurately maintain patient information using hospital systems

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth clinic operations

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

 

About You

You are someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service. You will bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong time management and organisational abilities

  • Proficiency in computer and administrative systems

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts between 6:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)

  • A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude
