Join eHealth NSW as an Operational Vendor Manager – Procurement
Make a meaningful impact on healthcare by managing a portfolio of IT services aligned to business needs. In this key role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of service delivery—from development and implementation to performance management—ensuring services meet agreed standards and drive value. Acting as the primary interface between service delivery teams and stakeholders, you’ll represent both the Service Owner and customer interests at a senior level, helping maximise returns on ICT investments and capabilities.
In this role, you will:
Support the Operational Vendor Management function by building, organizing, and managing a portfolio of IT services across their full lifecycle on behalf of service owners and customers.
Provide high-level strategic advice using deep commercial, professional, and technical expertise, with a strong focus on driving operational efficiency.
Negotiate, manage conflicts, and build long-term strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while effectively managing customer and service owner expectations.
Deliver clear, high-impact service delivery reports and offer expert advice to drive continuous improvement and enhance performance outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Extensive experience and a proven track record in Operational Vendor Management within large and complex service environments.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships and service portfolios.
Extensive knowledge and experience across multiple ITIL v3 disciplines, including Service Strategy, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement.
