As the inaugural Culture and Staff Experience Coordinator within HNELHD, you’ll be responsible for leading and shaping the Health Districts Diversity & Inclusion and People Matter Employee Survey (PMES) Strategies and Action Plans.


About the position: 

As a driver of continuous improvement, in this brand-new role you will leverage your passion, specialist knowledge and expertise in Diversity and Inclusion and project management to develop and implement strategies to enhance Culture and Staff Experience across the Health District.
