What you'll be doing
The Administration Team Leader will provide high level supervision and support of clerical staff and administration operations within the Centre for Oral Health (COH).
The role is pivitol in ensuring the daily operation of patient registrations and Call Centre functions for the COH.
This role will build effective business partnerships to ensure the provision of administration services for the COH in achieving a customer focused work culture and improve performance in the provision of patient care.

Selection Criteria
Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in high level administrative management experience with demonstrated experience in providing a high level of administration support in a supervisory/team leader capacity
Demonstrated ability to learn legislative requirements, NSW Health policy and procedures associated with the management of a contemporary health service area.
Demonstrated effective organisational, time and people management skills including the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines; have good team skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to accurately identify significant issues and clearly communicate their business implications to the line Manager in a timely manner, with the ability to contribute to the development of innovative and contemporary policies and strategies.
Strong customer service focus, along with high level interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse groups of people; with an ability to exercise judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality with an ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail and the demonstrated ability to develop standard correspondence including letters and emails under supervision such as employment correspondence, briefs, reports and submissions.
Demonstrated intermediate computing skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the ability to use various information systems and records management systems.
