Remuneration: $71,072.43 - $73,287.41 per annum

Location: This position is based at Westmead but may be required to cover the Blacktown office for periods of leave

What you'll be doing
In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to Fleet Services, ensuring vehicles and courier services are available, compliant and efficient across WSLHD.
Provide clerical and administrative support across Fleet Services
Coordinate pool vehicle availability for clinical and operational use
Support integrated courier and mail services to meet service level agreements
Assist with Fringe Benefits Tax calculations, reporting and compliance
Identify risks, improve processes and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders

High level customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and meet deadlines, accompanied by an ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicles and their parts and functions is desirable
Knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax would be an advantage
