Remuneration: $71,072.43- $73,287.41 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Medical Imaging Receptionist, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception services that support clinical operations and enhance the patient journey. You will:
Manage reception services including patient enquiries, appointments and telephony
Deliver accurate administrative and secretarial support, including data entry and medical typing
Coordinate revenue management activities such as invoicing, banking and cash handling
Maintain confidential records and comply with NSW Health policies and privacy requirements
Support clinical services through effective coordination, reporting and team collaboration

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly in Health
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the coordination of work between staff and/or areas
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices meet service requirement needs
