Remuneration: $71,072.43- $73,287.41 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing 
As a Medical Imaging Receptionist, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception services that support clinical operations and enhance the patient journey. You will:

  • Manage reception services including patient enquiries, appointments and telephony

  • Deliver accurate administrative and secretarial support, including data entry and medical typing

  • Coordinate revenue management activities such as invoicing, banking and cash handling

  • Maintain confidential records and comply with NSW Health policies and privacy requirements

  • Support clinical services through effective coordination, reporting and team collaboration

Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly in Health

  2. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the coordination of work between staff and/or areas

  3. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines

  4. Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities

  5. Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment

  6. Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices meet service requirement needs
