Remuneration: $66,608.03 - $68,817.27 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Medical Receptionist, you will deliver professional frontline service while ensuring efficient and accurate administrative support under the direction of the Imaging Clerical Manager. You will:
Act as the first point of contact for patients, carers and clinicians
Manage patient records, enquiries and information flow to clinical teams
Coordinate messages, appointments and administrative processes
Prioritise and adjust workloads to meet changing service demands
Provide relief and additional clerical support across the department as required

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly Health
Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
Competent computer skills in a windows based environment and knowledge of multiple health data base systems
Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices to meet service requirement needs
