What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting elective admissions and ensuring a smooth patient experience through accurate bookings and clear communication.
Processing RFAs and scheduling appointments
Liaising with clinical and admin staff
Delivering outstanding customer service
Auditing and maintaining waiting list data
Enhancing systems by identifying and implementing improvements

Selection Criteria:
Relevant experience in admissions and bookings processes.
Experience with computerised patient administration systems.
Sound knowledge of NSW Health "Elective Surgery Access" Policy Directive (PD2022_001).
Experience in a customer service role demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work productively within a team, and to work autonomously when required.
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated understanding of Medical Terminology.
