What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be part of a fast-paced clinic team, providing vital admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent patient service.
Managing appointments and patient bookings
Supporting clinic operations efficiently
Delivering excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate waitlists and records
Assisting with Medicare billing and revenue processing

Selection Criteria:
Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position.
Evidence of high level verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and also as part of a multidisciplinary team
Expertise in computer skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Client/Patient Management Systems
Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
