Remuneration: $64,046.06 - $66,170.25 per annum

What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be delivering vital admin and reception support to oral health clinics, ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient clinic operations.Registering patients and managing appointments
Handling referrals and waitlists efficiently
Maintaining accurate dental and health records
Communicating with patients and clinical staff
Supporting complaint resolution and meetings

Selection Criteria:
- Administration experience in a Dental or Medical environment.
- Demonstrated computer skills with experience in database/patient management systems.
- Proven commitment to the provision of quality customer service.
- Capacity to self-manage, prioritise, and multitask in a high volume, demanding team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with a range of individuals.
