Remuneration: $64,046.06 - $66,170.25 per annum

    What you'll be doing
    In this role you’ll be delivering vital admin and reception support to oral health clinics, ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

  • Registering patients and managing appointments

  • Handling referrals and waitlists efficiently

  • Maintaining accurate dental and health records

  • Communicating with patients and clinical staff

  • Supporting complaint resolution and meetings

Selection Criteria:

  1. Administration experience in a Dental or Medical environment.
  2. Demonstrated computer skills with experience in database/patient management systems.
  3. Proven commitment to the provision of quality customer service.
  4. Capacity to self-manage, prioritise, and multitask in a high volume, demanding team environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with a range of individuals.
